Devi Yolanda is a meticulous and detail-oriented Technical Writer who is responsible for creating, compiling, and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate documentation and reports that support internal operations, stakeholder communication, and knowledge management. She has been working in this field for approximately three years, during which she has developed a strong foundation in translating complex technical information into accessible content, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and continuously improving documentation standards to align with organizational goals.
Devi Yolanda is responsible for collecting data from engineers and stakeholders, compiling periodic reports (ranging from daily to annual), preparing report presentations, and creating as well as updating technical documents such as inventory data, SOPs, user manuals, RCA reports, and POC reports. She also records activities and requests (CRQs/user requests) and designs visual materials to support the communication of implemented technology solutions. Key Achievements: She is experienced in operating Trend Micro consoles (including Deep Security, XDR, Apex One, Apex Central, and IMSVA) to retrieve log data for reporting purposes. She is also capable of operating the Dynatrace Console to monitor CPU, memory, and disk usage on endpoint servers.
