I am responsible for collecting data from engineers and stakeholders, compiling periodic reports (from daily to annual), preparing report presentations, creating and updating technical documents such as inventory data, SOPs, user manuals, RCA reports, and POC reports. In addition, I record activities and requests (CRQs/user requests) and design visual materials to support the communication of implemented technology solutions.

Mitra Integrasi Informatika, PT - Telekomunikasi Seluler

I supported the Project Manager in coordinating daily tasks and managing team operations, including attendance tracking, timesheet reporting, overtime and expense documentation, and asset management. I also compiled and organized team documents such as contracts and KPI forms, communicated team concerns to HR, and documented Minutes of Meeting (MoM). Additionally, I gathered data from AntiVirus Engineers and stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive TrendMicro reports (daily to annual, including ad hoc), and recorded detailed documentation of change requests, user requests, and engineer activities.

I managed the full lifecycle of SAP master data—including creation, updates, and deletion for materials, vendors, customers, and employees—by coordinating with departments to handle change requests and resolve data issues. I demonstrated expertise in SAP tools like LSMW by developing upload templates that enhanced data accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, I handled end-to-end service requests via phone, email, and SDP, assigned technicians based on priority and availability, monitored job progress to meet SLAs, coordinated schedules with customers and technicians, managed real-time changes, documented all service activities, and prepared daily and weekly performance and satisfaction reports.

I handled end-to-end RMA (Return Material Authorization) processes by receiving, verifying, and processing customer requests, ensuring complete documentation, and issuing RMA numbers. I coordinated with technical teams, warehouses, vendors, and principals to manage inspections, repairs, or replacements, while monitoring progress to ensure SLA and warranty compliance. I also provided regular status updates to customers, maintained accurate records for reporting and audits, prepared RMA performance reports, and delivered responsive, solution-oriented customer service for related inquiries.
